Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of analysts across New York, Tel Aviv, China, and Brazil.
  • Build a team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end performance health of the merchant portfolio across approval rates, fraud loss, customer experience, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with merchants to understand business initiatives and translate them into analytical strategies.
  • Lead responses to complex fraud attacks and performance anomalies with cross-functional action plans.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy and optimize models while representing merchant needs and field insights.
  • Serve as a senior client-facing leader in strategic merchant conversations and present insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales and prospect conversations as a fraud and performance expert, including selective on-site meetings and events.
  • Improve processes, tooling, reporting, and dashboards to scale the global Merchant Health function.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and leverage AI to increase efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading senior, high-performing analytical or fraud-focused teams in a global environment.
  • Strong background in fraud, risk, AML, payments, or eCommerce analytics.
  • Proven ability to operate at the intersection of analytics, technology, and business strategy.
  • Comfort and credibility in client-facing environments with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable processes, automation, and operational rigor in complex organizations.
  • Global experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones is a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-visibility role with significant executive and client attention.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $220,000 to $240,000 for roles performed wholly or partly within New York City.
  • Eligible for a bonus target.
