Description

  • Develop and manage multi-year strategic account plans for a portfolio of complex enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, SRE leaders, and DevOps leaders.
  • Identify, qualify, and close six- and seven-figure expansion opportunities such as upsell and cross-sell deals.
  • Lead and coordinate the virtual account team, including solution consultants, SDRs, and marketing, across the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate quarterly and annual forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Analyze deal status and define next strategic steps for active opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for large enterprise agreements and renewals.
  • Manage complex procurement and legal processes tied to enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • Extensive successful experience in B2B SaaS sales for enterprise customers with quota-carrying responsibility.
  • Proven success managing six- and seven-figure deals with sales cycles longer than six months.
  • Experience with enterprise expansion and complex renewals.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDPIC, Challenger, or value-based selling methodologies.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical leaders and business decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of German business culture and the enterprise market in Germany.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Experience selling observability or technically complex software solutions is beneficial.
