Description

  • Drive net-new partner-sourced pipeline through deal registrations, high-impact sales plays, and industry-specific solutions to the ICP.
  • Own end-to-end activation of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) within the assigned territory (SCC in France).
  • Evolve existing tactical partner relationships into purposeful, strategic partnerships that generate revenue.
  • Build senior-level relationships and establish presence inside partner organizations to pivot their sales posture toward New Relic.
  • Coordinate sales and technical enablement to ensure partners are certified and capable of evangelizing Intelligent Observability.
  • Bring partners into direct sales motions to provide technical expertise and value-add support for opportunities.
  • Coach and advocate internally with sales teams and leadership on partnering best practices to foster a positive channel culture and increase collaboration.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Hunter mindset: self-starter who operates with urgency and thrives in a high-growth environment.
  • Builder DNA: enjoys creating structure and driving change within a rapidly scaling business unit.
  • Strategic communicator capable of building working relationships with executives inside and outside the organization.
  • Resilient and results-oriented, able to manage competing priorities and aggressive timelines while maintaining a growth mentality.
  • Storyteller and deal maker who drives engagement with customer stories and supports opportunity closing as an overlay sales function.
  • Visa/sponsorship constraints: company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position; may consider H-1B transfers but does not support O-1, F-1, J-1, or H-1B cap-case petitions.
  • Willingness and ability to complete a criminal background check and, if relevant, an export compliance assessment as a condition of employment.
  • Position to be filled as soon as possible (availability to start promptly preferred).
