Description

  • Lead, mentor, and coach Enterprise Account Executives to achieve individual, team, and organizational quota and structure sales opportunities and deals.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and aggressive Greenfield expansion to capture untapped market share in the Central region.
  • Build and execute strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals.
  • Drive and close strategic deals and accounts, targeting six-figure and seven-figure transactions.
  • Provide executive leadership for sales forecasting, territory assignments, commission planning, and quota management.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts using both top-down and bottom-up inputs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and ensure cohesive selling efforts across the organization, assisting with selling activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence, attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to identify client opportunities.
  • Own regional customer happiness and renewals to maintain retention and drive expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Leader with direct reports selling enterprise application software to developers, IT/Operations, application owners, and/or business leaders.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) space.
  • Demonstrated track record of enterprise account sales leadership and exceeding sales growth goals (preferred).
  • Experience building and leading sales teams, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience (preferred).
  • Strong cross-organization partnership and communication skills (preferred).
  • Experience devising sales strategy and contributing to enablement programs (preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the hiring location; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Candidates must be willing to complete a criminal background check as a condition of employment; some roles may require an export compliance assessment.

  • Estimated on-target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives/commission) range: $392,000 — $490,000 USD.
