Description

  • Administer assigned projects from ramp-up to completion and manage planning and execution within contract terms.
  • Implement project and process management methodologies, standards, and tools to support successful delivery.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and serve as the initial escalation point for project issues.
  • Prepare accurate monthly forecasting reports to support staffing and financial analysis.
  • Assist with project bids and proposals, including subcontractor terms and pricing.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to keep work on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure field operations are executed safely, meet industry standards, and follow the signed agreement.
  • Estimate project and work order costs and revenue across the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain detailed project records, including progress, photos, daily tracking reports, and job costing.
  • Manage project data in company systems and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build partnerships across the organization and maintain trusted customer relationships.
  • Provide upper management with assessments of potential new business opportunities.
  • Drive operational excellence across key performance metrics and improve customer satisfaction/NPS.
  • Ensure corporate policies, procedures, and SLA commitments are understood and followed.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly operations meetings.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a project environment, preferably with overall responsibility.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours depending on client needs.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion to client sites, up to 10%.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, mouse, and office equipment for regular, repetitive work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with managers, employees, customers, and vendors.
