Description

  • Track project deliverables and update the status of Zoom phone implementation work in a centralized repository.
  • Manipulate, upload, and validate spreadsheets and webforms used as implementation data inputs.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity across large datasets.
  • Participate in project meetings on behalf of the Product Delivery Manager when needed.
  • Monitor daily deployments, track issues, and document mitigations.
  • Assess deployment processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Research opportunities to improve the Monday.com repository and assist with hands-on administration when appropriate.
  • Provide backup support for the Product Delivery Manager when the manager is absent.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, or reporting tools using Tableau or other tools as needed to support stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator.
  • 8-10 years of experience using a PC in a business environment, including MS Office.
  • Highly proficient in Monday.com.
  • Beginner-level experience applying and/or developing AI to solve problems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with solid fundamentals in data networking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Tableau dashboarding experience preferred.
  • Telephony experience.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to track multiple branch deployments in a single day.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to process changes mid-stream.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including after hours and weekends if required.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Exposure to Monday.com is a plus.
