Description

  • Manage, administer, and maintain customer infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure.
  • Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines running Windows and Linux.
  • Administer and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication for backup and disaster recovery operations.
  • Configure and manage Azure networking components such as VNets, NSGs, load balancers, VPN gateways, and private endpoints.
  • Monitor and optimize Azure cloud costs using Azure Cost Management, budgets, and resource optimization practices.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, subscriptions, and administrative tasks.
  • Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls, including firewall policies, NAT rules, and VPNs.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and security to ensure uptime and business continuity.
  • Troubleshoot cloud, networking, operating system, backup, and security issues while collaborating with internal teams and customers to meet SLAs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
  • Experience managing Azure Virtual Machines on Windows and Linux.
  • Good understanding of Azure networking services, including VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, Load Balancers, and Private Endpoints.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and good Linux administration skills.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Fortinet firewalls.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, and routing.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305 are preferred.
  • Fortinet NSE certification is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to scripting with PowerShell or Bash is desirable.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
