Description

  • Upload documents to member files and maintain accurate records.
  • Enter data into member files with accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate barcodes to catalog and organize documents.
  • Sort and review information related to members’ transactions.
  • Critically assess received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
  • Meet productivity standards based on the learning curve and team expectations.
  • Use internal tools to validate whether transactions are feasible.
  • Assist with special projects and complete assigned work from supervisors or team leads.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of administrative experience is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Intermediate English is an asset for reviewing bilingual documents and writing notes, reports, and emails for English-speaking clients and partners.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy.

Benefits

  • Starting pay of $18 to $19 CAD per hour.

  • Monday-to-Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week, generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Two paid sick days after 3 months of employment.

  • No sales or prospecting responsibilities.
