Description

  • Provide remote support for servers, storage, networks, and cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
  • Administer Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and cloud platforms for performance, availability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues using root cause analysis and timely remediation.
  • Monitor system health, manage incidents and service requests, and meet SLA targets.
  • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and technical solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and contribute to automation and process improvements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and resolve critical incidents promptly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise server infrastructure, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, NPS, and WSUS.
  • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, SAN storage, Veeam backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Knowledge of data center operations, including server deployments, hardware upgrades, migrations, and break-fix support.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across servers, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure systems.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experience supporting Cisco and Fortinet environments, including firewall and VPN administration.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
