Description

  • Design, implement, and deploy cloud solutions using Azure or AWS services.
  • Develop full-stack systems using TypeScript and Python with modern web and API frameworks.
  • Build resilient, secure, high-performance applications and configure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to turn ideas into working solutions.
  • Lead design, compliance, and technical readiness conversations with customer teams.
  • Own technical delivery across client engagements, including solution shaping, scoping, estimating, and quality control.
  • Make technical tradeoff decisions and communicate progress, risks, and feasibility concerns to management and customers.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple active projects.
  • Support recruiting by interviewing, scoring, and assessing candidates.
  • Advise and facilitate team members while providing direction and leading by example.

Requirements

  • Proven software engineering experience with TypeScript and/or Python.
  • Experience working across both front-end and back-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Experience with AWS is relevant for cloud solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of containerization, CI/CD, and API design.
  • Ability to design and build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel is preferred.
  • Knowledge of RAG, agentic patterns, workflow orchestration, and AI SDLC is preferred.
  • Formal engineering training or education is a strong advantage.
  • Experience leading small teams and familiarity with observability tools such as DataDog or New Relic is preferred.
