Description

  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and current processes.
  • Translate customer requirements into contact center designs that follow best practices and minimize custom development.
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team.
  • Drive best-practice contact center design throughout solution delivery.
  • Manage project activities and customer communications.
  • Deliver end-user training and documentation for customers.
  • Oversee and ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
  • Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership.
  • Architect and build implementations of Service Cloud and other Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on project experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience in development or configuration.
  • Experience with customer service and contact center operations, including solving complex use cases.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
  • Experience building custom applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders in Salesforce.
  • Understanding of release management, application lifecycle management, development lifecycle, and deployment best practices and governance.
  • Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management/ownership, discovery and design, customer solution presentations, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Flexibility and openness to change.
  • Contact center architecture knowledge is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of VoIP communication protocols such as SIP and WebRTC is preferred.
  • Experience building contact centers with Amazon Connect is preferred.
  • Experience with workforce management solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with outbound dialers and campaign management is preferred.
