Description

  • Define and operationalize agentic AI use cases for enterprise clients.
  • Translate emerging technologies into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop Salesforce platform strategy across Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and AI, including ecosystem integration.
  • Design business architecture and operating models, including capability models, value streams, and target-state roadmaps.
  • Connect business strategy to execution by partnering with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
  • Lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums.
  • Simplify complex AI concepts and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Shape problem statements and strategy direction in ambiguous early-stage engagements.
  • Contribute to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases.
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems, such as Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, and Azure.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy across Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and AI.
  • Experience with contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with business architecture and operating model design, including capability models, value streams, and target-state roadmaps.
  • Experience leading executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, especially in regulated environments.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping problem statements in early-stage strategy engagements.
