Description

  • Lead the assessment, proof of concept work, and decision-making for the BI tooling stack, including potential migration from Tableau/Metabase to Omni.
  • Build and ship new ways to expose data to stakeholders by combining dashboards with AI assistants and bots.
  • Improve Marketing Performance and Growth reporting to support leadership alignment and actionable decisions.
  • Reduce the analytics backlog by enabling stakeholder self-serve exploration and shortening time-to-answer.
  • Act as a technical relay and project manager across stakeholders and the Data team to drive adoption.
  • Align stakeholders and influence ways of working around data tooling and AI usage.
  • Assess, run POCs, and drive actual adoption of tooling changes rather than only making recommendations.
  • Support the broader transformation of how the Business Analytics team consumes and uses data in the AI era.

Requirements

  • Strong fundamentals in data analytics, root-cause analysis, and dashboarding.
  • Understanding of semantic layers and migration risks in BI architecture.
  • Concrete experience building, shipping, and validating AI-enabled solutions.
  • Experience exposing AI-enabled outcomes directly to stakeholders.
  • Track record of setting clear roadmaps and driving adoption for tooling changes.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong structured communication and executive-ready storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex Growth and Marketing problems into actionable data solutions.
  • High self-drive, autonomy, and comfort challenging the status quo.
  • Experience acting as a relay network with other Staff members is a plus.
