Description

  • Design and ship .NET 6+ backend services that connect AI reasoning, device adapters, and operator-facing surfaces.
  • Build React interfaces that present Lena’s output, including uncertainty and other signal context beyond simple confidence scores.
  • Own REST API design across the backend, frontend, and Lena’s Python services.
  • Collaborate with product to shape operator workflows and UX for high-frequency daily tasks.
  • Ship features end-to-end across the stack, moving between backend, frontend, and platform concerns as needed.
  • Work on software that prioritizes reliability, observability, and auditability in customer production environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of .NET/C# backend experience with hands-on production work in .NET 6 or newer.
  • 3+ years of React experience, or experience with a comparable modern frontend framework.
  • Experience shipping end-to-end features that involved both backend and frontend in the same project.
  • Experience designing and shipping production REST APIs in a distributed SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS is preferred.
  • Strong debugging skills and systems thinking.
  • Experience with real-time systems or orchestration platforms is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to AI-integrated applications is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with observability and operational tooling is a strong plus.
