Description

Test AI-based conversational products to ensure product quality and reliability.
Monitor and improve the quality assurance process across teams.
Ensure agreed-upon standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Promote data quality awareness across multiple teams.
Evaluate model outputs and identify areas where accuracy improvements are needed.
Prepare detailed testing feedback to help teams improve AI models.
Design and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.
Support API testing and test automation framework implementation in enterprise environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
4-6 years of relevant experience.
Strong focus on delivering high-quality products and willingness to learn new technologies.
Passion for manual and automation testing, including test planning, test case preparation, and execution.
Experience with API testing and scripting languages such as Java or Python.
Hands-on experience implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured.
Knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and operate without supervision.
Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and load testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.
