Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products.
  • Monitor and improve the quality assurance process to ensure agreed standards and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate model accuracy and identify where improvements are needed.
  • Prepare detailed testing feedback to help the team improve AI models.
  • Design, plan, and execute manual and automation test cases.
  • Perform API testing and support quality validation across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality products and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing, test planning, test case preparation, and execution.
  • Experience with API testing and scripting languages such as Python.
  • Good to have experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools for test case generation, automation scripting, and defect analysis.
  • Ability to validate and effectively use AI-generated outputs in QA workflows.
  • Understanding of testing requirements related to the current project or product.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving and self-motivation.
