Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Monitor and improve the quality assurance process across teams.
  • Ensure agreed-upon standards and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Promote data quality awareness across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate model outputs and identify areas where accuracy improvements are needed.
  • Prepare detailed testing feedback to help teams improve AI models.
  • Design and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.
  • Support API testing and test automation framework implementation in enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality products and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Passion for manual and automation testing, including test planning, test case preparation, and execution.
  • Experience with API testing and scripting languages such as Java or Python.
  • Hands-on experience implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
  • Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and operate without supervision.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and load testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.
