Description

  • Architect and implement integrations between agentic AI platforms and Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Design end-to-end workflows for customer support automation using AI agents.
  • Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations.
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and scalability across connected systems.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutions.
  • Develop custom connectors, orchestration layers, and automation pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Zendesk APIs, apps framework, and workflows.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, and integrations.
  • Experience in integration architecture using tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier, or custom middleware.
  • Knowledge of API design, authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT, and event-driven systems.
  • Exposure to agentic AI, LLM workflows, or prompt orchestration.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with AI automation platforms or conversational AI is preferred.
  • Knowledge of LangChain or LLM integrations is preferred.
  • Background in customer experience (CX) platforms is preferred.
