Description

  • Design and orchestrate end-to-end training and certification programs for partners.
  • Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
  • Build scalable curricula that improve partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platform.
  • Refine enablement programs based on feedback and performance gaps.
  • Drive awareness and adoption within top-tier partners and keep Netomi top-of-mind within partner teams.
  • Facilitate pilot programs and support early-stage deployments with partners.
  • Act as a connector between partners and internal teams to support execution and alignment.
  • Communicate the economic value and ROI of Netomi solutions to partners.
  • Structure and promote certifications, incentives, and growth pathways.
  • Own program operations including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and certification progress.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs.
  • Experience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferred.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
  • High energy and resilience, with persistence in the face of rejection.
  • Passion for customer experience (CX) and AI-driven transformation.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills for leading trainings and workshops.
  • Comfort operating in complex environments and navigating organizational dynamics.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
