Description

  • Define and execute the roadmap for analytics, evaluation, and governance with clear MVP-to-v2 sequencing and adoption goals.
  • Partner with Data Science to productize evaluation methods, calibration approaches, drift tracking, and anti-gaming safeguards.
  • Work with Engineering and Observability teams to standardize telemetry for tool spans, workflow transitions, model calls, cost, and latency metrics.
  • Design a cohesive Agentic Studio experience across build, operate, and improve workflows, including dashboards, drill-downs, investigations, alerts, and remediation actions.
  • Establish success metrics and instrument analytics end to end for correctness, timeliness, reliability, and customer impact.
  • Enable analytics workflows for enterprise operational use cases such as incident response, change management, governance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with frontier model and cloud ecosystem partners to deliver analytics and governance capabilities for enterprise agentic AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative or technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Data Science/Analytics leadership, including shipping analytics products to enterprise users.
  • Strong experience with data modeling, telemetry/event schemas, ETL/ELT concepts, and analytics correctness.
  • Experience building operational and business reporting, including real-time monitoring and historical analytics.
  • Experience with experimentation and measurement design, including A/B testing concepts, uplift measurement, and cohorting.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM or data science platforms, including LLM evaluation methods such as automated scoring, multi-turn evaluation, and calibration.
  • Experience with observability for probabilistic systems, including quality, latency, and cost measurement.
  • Experience with tool calling, workflow execution analytics, failure taxonomy, governance measurement, policy outcomes, escalation triggers, and compliance reporting.
  • Strong product craft, UX, and information architecture instincts, with the ability to design operator workflows and scalable capabilities across customers.
  • Preferred: Experience building analytics for multi-tenant SaaS and regulated customers, including auditability, RBAC, retention controls, and privacy-by-design.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with cloud analytics stacks and enterprise BI integration patterns.
  • Preferred: Experience partnering with major cloud and frontier AI vendors to ship joint capabilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with contact center and CX metrics such as containment, resolution, AHT, CSAT, handoff performance, and multi-channel operations.
