Description

  • Research the latest LLM architectures, multimodal systems, and real-time model advancements.
  • Evaluate emerging AI techniques, frameworks, and API features for business applications.
  • Design and build proof-of-concept solutions for complex AI challenges.
  • Rapidly prototype LLM-based applications using modern frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Develop production-quality code and scalable agentic workflows for AI systems.
  • Implement advanced LLM capabilities such as tool calling, function calling, structured outputs, and multi-turn conversations.
  • Build production-grade systems using Model Context Protocol and other emerging standards.
  • Design fault-tolerant architectures for real-time LLM-powered applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Design experiments, evaluation frameworks, A/B tests, and benchmarking to optimize model and system performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI development with a strong focus on NLP and LLM applications.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience building and deploying production ML/AI systems from research through deployment.
  • Strong Python skills with solid software engineering fundamentals, including OOP, design patterns, and testing.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain.
  • Experience with at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Solid understanding of NLP methods including embeddings, information extraction, semantic search, and classification.
  • Experience with advanced LLM features such as tool calling, function calling, multi-turn conversations, and structured outputs.
  • Experience with Git, pytest, REST APIs, async programming, scalable backend services, vector databases, cloud platforms, and Docker.
  • Strong experimental design and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate hypotheses and conduct rigorous analysis.
  • Preferred: experience with voice/speech models, real-time audio processing, MCP, MLOps practices, open-source contributions, published research, and streaming/event-driven systems.
