Description

  • Conduct meaningful needs-assessment conversations with prospective students and families.
  • Recommend personalized learning solutions based on each client’s educational needs.
  • Build trust through consultative sales conversations.
  • Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in educational products and services.
  • Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends, as well as the required training and permanent shift schedule.
  • Apply a metrics-driven approach to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Support the sales process from initial consultation through solution recommendation.
  • Participate in paid virtual training and ongoing development programs.
  • Collaborate within a performance-focused environment that emphasizes accountability and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environments.
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work all required training hours and the permanent split-shift schedule after training.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Experience in needs assessment and solution-based selling.
  • Educational experience working directly with students and parents is highly valued.
