Description

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with prospective students and families.
  • Perform meaningful needs assessments to understand client and student goals.
  • Recommend personalized learning solutions based on each prospect’s educational needs.
  • Build trust through expert, solution-oriented client interactions.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services.
  • Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
  • Complete six weeks of paid virtual training and follow the assigned post-training schedule.
  • Collaborate within a performance-driven environment focused on measurable outcomes.
  • Advance opportunities through strong results and continuous development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environments.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work all training hours and a permanent split-shift schedule after training.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Educational experience working directly with students and parents is highly preferred.
  • Experience in needs assessment and solution-based selling is preferred.
