Description

  • Conduct meaningful needs assessment conversations with prospective families and students.
  • Recommend personalized learning solutions based on educational, teaching, or training experience.
  • Build trust through consultative sales conversations.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services.
  • Work full-time schedules that include evenings and weekends, including the required training and post-training shift assignments.
  • Complete a paid 6-week virtual training program focused on educational consulting and sales excellence.
  • Use performance metrics to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the company’s learning and sales approach in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environments.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work all training hours and the permanent split-shift schedule after training.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Experience in needs assessment and solution-based selling is preferred.
  • Career progression showing increased responsibility and leadership is preferred.
