Description

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Tier 2 help desk issues and resolve incidents through completion.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, mobile device, VPN, printer, conference room, and network connectivity issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Support Entra ID and Hybrid Active Directory, including user onboarding, transfers, offboarding, groups, permissions, MFA, and Conditional Access.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 11 device deployments and lifecycle management.
  • Support Android Enterprise and Apple Business Manager deployments and endpoint compliance policies.
  • Maintain Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, storage, backups, and virtual machines.
  • Support cybersecurity, phishing response, patch compliance, vulnerability remediation, and audit/documentation efforts.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues across DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, wireless, VPN, Cisco infrastructure, and WAN connectivity.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts, improve IT processes, and create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive IT experience.
  • At least 2 years supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience in Tier 2 Help Desk, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
  • Experience supporting hybrid workforces and remote users.
  • Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online fundamentals.
  • Experience troubleshooting DNS/DHCP and administering Group Policy.
  • PowerShell fundamentals and VPN technology experience.
  • Endpoint security administration experience.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and a continuous learner with strong technical curiosity.
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator certification (preferred).
  • AZ-900 or SC-900 certification (preferred).
  • CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+ (preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Hyper-V and Dell server infrastructure (preferred).
  • Cisco networking experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, or similar endpoint protection platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with Freshservice or Zabbix Monitoring (preferred).
  • Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise experience (preferred).
  • Microsoft Copilot and PowerShell automation experience (preferred).
