Description

  • Adapt master creative assets across 12 languages, handling copy-length variation, line breaks, and typography fixes for each market.
  • Build and maintain localized static and animated assets for Meta, TikTok, email, and programmatic channels such as AppLovin, Moloco, and Unity.
  • QA typography and readability across Latin-script language variants, including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and other expanding markets.
  • Prepare localization-ready master files in Photoshop and Figma with smart layers, component variants, and flexible layouts.
  • Manage export workflows to channel specifications, including aspect ratios, file types, naming conventions, and delivery folders.
  • Track localization versions and maintain organized asset libraries across a 14-market rollout.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Strategist and Senior Video Editor on shared assets and master file handoffs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of design experience with a focus on localization or production design at scale.
  • Expert-level Photoshop and Figma skills, including localization-friendly file setup such as smart objects, components, and auto-layout.
  • Demonstrated experience adapting creative across multiple languages and markets.
  • Strong typography judgment, including line-height, kerning, readability, and accented characters across language variants.
  • Solid understanding of export specs across digital channels, including Meta, TikTok, email, and programmatic platforms.
  • Comfort working with non-English source copy such as Spanish, French, and German, with no translation duties required.
  • Clear written English for async collaboration with the UK team.
  • Portfolio showing multi-language or multi-market production work.
  • Preferred experience in DTC, consumer app, or e-commerce localization.
  • Familiarity with translation or localization platforms such as Lokalise, Phrase, or Smartling.
  • Light motion graphics capability for animated ad adaptations, such as basic After Effects or Figma prototyping.
  • Experience with Illustrator, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and a localization platform as required by the client.
