Description

  • Develop foundational brand assets such as logos, visual identities, and color schemes.
  • Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
  • Build scalable visual systems aligned with modern design standards.
  • Validate design quality across digital and print formats.
  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents while providing strategic design direction and domain expertise.
  • Help shape how AI understands and builds cohesive brand identities through training prompts and output refinement.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative field is a plus.
  • Expertise in creating foundational brand assets from scratch, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Proven ability to adapt brand identity across digital, print, pitch decks, and social media formats.
  • Strong organizational skills to develop brand guidelines, style guides, and asset libraries.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2) or above is required.
  • A strategic, detail-oriented mindset focused on long-term brand equity.
  • Portfolio showcasing branding work, including logos, identity systems, and guidelines, must be included in the CV.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets.
