Description

  • Build and execute vertical-specific account-based marketing campaigns targeting hospital systems, pharmacy groups, and labs.
  • Manage end-to-end SEO execution, including on-page optimization, blog creation from keyword briefs, and content audits.
  • Write B2B marketing content and messaging using the StoryBrand framework.
  • Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Manage multi-touch nurture sequences, lead scoring, and lifecycle automation in HubSpot.
  • Own outbound lifecycle email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot.
  • Own the organic LinkedIn presence and manage related outreach sequences.
  • Translate strategy from the CEO and Fractional CMO into structured, high-output marketing campaigns.
  • Drive engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline through day-to-day marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of dedicated B2B marketing experience; B2C or e-commerce experience does not transfer to this role.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lists, and reporting.
  • Proven experience building and executing vertical-specific ABM campaigns, including sourcing and segmenting target account lists.
  • Strong SEO fundamentals and the ability to write high-quality English copy for C-suite healthcare buyers.
  • Familiarity with the StoryBrand framework or an equivalent narrative-driven messaging methodology.
  • Ability to build and optimize landing pages, manage LinkedIn outreach sequences, and execute lead-scoring models based on intent signals.
  • Must be a self-sufficient, proactive operator comfortable working independently with asynchronous direction.
