Description

  • Develop, test, and implement new features across frontend and backend systems.
  • Analyze legacy systems and propose integrations and architectural improvements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product, architecture, business, and DevOps.
  • Perform code reviews and help enforce development best practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support team growth.
  • Lead agile ceremonies such as planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and resolve systemic issues to improve scalability and performance.
  • Track technology trends and propose innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to end-to-end technical decisions and serve as a senior reference for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development.
  • Experience with large-scale projects and agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience technically leading teams or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, including database modeling and optimization.
  • Frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including modeling and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Docker, IIS, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools such as Jira.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Azure Service Bus, Redis, or equivalents.
  • Experience with system modeling approaches such as UML or DDD.
  • Advanced English for communication with global teams.
  • Experience in commodities, trading, or financial markets is a plus.
  • Microsoft or cloud (Azure) certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with distributed architectures and high scalability is a plus.
