Description

  • Operar y optimizar los entornos de Ellucian Banner Student sobre Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Administrar recursos de OCI como Compute, Networking, Storage e IAM.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad, el rendimiento y la seguridad de plataformas críticas para la operación académica.
  • Ejecutar procesos de operación y soporte de Banner Student, incluyendo parches y procesos batch.
  • Administrar bases de datos Oracle y componentes de middleware como WebLogic y Tomcat.
  • Implementar monitoreo, alertas y prácticas de seguridad en entornos OCI.
  • Automatizar tareas operativas y de infraestructura utilizando Terraform, Ansible, Bash o Python.
  • Apoyar proyectos de mejora continua sobre la plataforma tecnológica.

Requirements

  • Experiencia comprobada en Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Conocimientos operativos de Ellucian Banner Student.
  • Administración de Oracle Database, SQL y PL/SQL.
  • Conocimientos en redes, seguridad y automatización.
  • Experiencia en administración cloud en OCI para Compute, Network, Storage e IAM.
  • Experiencia con middleware WebLogic y/o Tomcat.
  • Experiencia automatizando con Terraform, Ansible, Bash o Python.
  • Experiencia en entornos de educación superior (deseable).
  • Conocimiento de Ethos, Application Navigator y Solution Manager (deseable).
  • Familiaridad con prácticas ITIL o entornos de misión crítica (deseable).
