Description

  • Build and maintain data ingestion processes from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
  • Develop SQL-based ETL logic and complex database scripts for data processing.
  • Design and implement automated data pipelines for integration and transformation.
  • Prepare, clean, integrate, and transform data for Data Science and machine learning teams.
  • Create ingestion processes that feed models and support prediction generation.
  • Perform data cleansing, wrangling, and quality checks to improve dataset reliability.
  • Tag datasets and support data annotation workflows in GCP.
  • Work with cloud and DevOps tooling to support pipeline delivery and automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SQL experience, including ETL and complex database scripting.
  • Experience extracting data from at least 3 source types, such as files, plans, Excel, MS SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Hana, SAP ECC, or other ERPs.
  • 3+ years of Python experience for ETLs and pipelines for machine learning.
  • Experience in data preparation for Data Science teams, including source review, cleaning, integration, and transformation.
  • Experience with data cleansing, data wrangling, and data quality practices; 2 years of experience in data cleansing.
  • 2+ years of experience with GCP.
  • Desirable experience with Spark for ETLs and distributed systems handling high data volumes.
  • Experience with API management, Azure Pipelines, Log Analytics, Azure Functions, Databricks, and Azure storage services.
  • Experience with GitHub or Bitbucket, as well as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, and Airflow.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
