Description

  • Design solution architectures for variable compensation processes using SAP Commissions.
  • Lead technical and functional reviews to ensure delivery quality and compliance with standards.
  • Perform performance tuning for rules, calculations, and data loading processes.
  • Oversee integration of SAP Commissions with other systems, especially through SAP Hana.
  • Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to ensure technical and functional consistency.
  • Document architectures, technical decisions, and best practices.
  • Serve as a technical reference in SAP Commissions implementation and evolution projects.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of proven experience in SAP Commissions, including designing and implementing complex business rules.
  • Solid experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Hana and data modeling.
  • Experience in application QA, performance testing, and validation of commission rules.
  • Ability to optimize processes and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing SAP Commissions data.
  • Experience with SDI, CPI, and Batch integrations.
  • Strategic thinking and an end-to-end vision.
  • Advanced English, spoken and written, required.
