Description

  • Drive the Physical AI product roadmap and end-to-end product execution.
  • Translate Physical AI workflows such as simulation, synthetic data, robot learning, digital twins, and sim-to-real into product requirements.
  • Run customer discovery and prototype validation with robotics, AV, industrial automation, and research lab leaders.
  • Maintain and synthesize customer insights to inform roadmap decisions and strategy updates.
  • Partner with the Field CTO to refine Physical AI strategy, including segmentation, prioritization, and evidence-backed planning.
  • Produce strategy memos, segment analyses, evidence packs, technical collateral, reference architectures, and demos.
  • Represent Nebius at Physical AI and robotics events alongside the Field CTO.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, Applied AI / SE, marketing, sales, and BD without direct authority.
  • Align with adjacent product teams so Physical AI requirements are reflected in their roadmaps.
  • Identify, qualify, and hand off strategic partnership and co-development opportunities to the Field CTO and BD.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally owning a product area or major workstream end-to-end.
  • Experience in cloud, AI infrastructure, GPU computing, or Physical AI / robotics environments is preferred.
  • Ability to write crisp PRDs, build and defend roadmaps, run prioritization meetings, and ship to deadlines.
  • Deep technical fluency in the Physical AI stack, including Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, Unreal/Unity, synthetic data generation, domain randomization, RL, imitation learning, sim-to-real transfer, sensor simulation, annotation pipelines, and dataset management.
  • Working knowledge of GPU-accelerated training and simulation workloads, including multi-node distributed training, MLOps, and experiment tracking.
  • Strong customer discovery instincts and the ability to extract the right requirements from technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of shipping technical products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written communication skills for strategy memos, PRDs, customer notes, and executive updates.
  • Advanced degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Isaac Sim, Omniverse, MuJoCo, Gazebo, or synthetic-data tools such as Replicator, Parallel Domain, or Datagen is preferred.
  • Experience in the NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem, cloud or GPU platforms, robotics engineering, controls, or perception is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally across the US, Europe, and APAC is preferred.
