Description

  • Design and develop an LLM training platform.
  • Maintain ML infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Improve job scheduling strategies to reduce resource fragmentation.
  • Work on applied research and product development for AI-heavy systems.
  • Contribute to Nebius Token Factory and related inference and fine-tuning platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong software engineering skills, with primary use of Python and Go.
  • Experience with contemporary engineering practices, including CI/CD, version control, and unit testing.
  • Experience developing web services.
  • Expertise in distributed systems for building large-scale platforms.
  • Commitment to extreme rigor in job-related activities.
  • Previous experience working with language models or similar NLP technologies is preferred.
  • Experience building and delivering products in a dynamic startup-like environment is preferred.
  • Experience developing large distributed systems or high-load web services is preferred.
  • Open-source projects that demonstrate engineering ability are preferred.
