Description

  • Manage commercial matters with colocation providers, data center developers, and power infrastructure partners.
  • Review provider requests, supporting documentation, contractual terms, scope, and milestones.
  • Coordinate negotiations for change orders, payment schedules, and other commercial arrangements.
  • Drive funding requests, milestone payments, deposits, and prepayments through internal approval.
  • Track requested, approved, committed, and paid amounts across projects and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate documentation, approvals, signatures, Treasury releases, and payment confirmation.
  • Establish owners, deadlines, and next steps across Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Procurement.
  • Resolve escalated commercial issues, disputes, and outstanding provider obligations.
  • Align commercial decisions with construction, power, operations, project schedules, and capacity availability.
  • Report on commitments, payments, dependencies, and required leadership decisions while building scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial management, infrastructure operations, project controls, or capital project delivery.
  • Experience with data centers, energy, construction, real estate development, or other capital-intensive infrastructure.
  • Ability to drive work across Legal, Finance, and operational teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, change orders, payment milestones, budgets, and financial commitments.
  • Ability to review financial information, identify inconsistencies, and challenge unsupported requests.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex matters while maintaining accuracy and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with hyperscale or AI data center providers preferred.
  • Familiarity with colocation agreements, utility contracts, escrow, infrastructure financing, construction, power availability, commissioning, or operational handover preferred.

  • $115,000–$225,000 USD compensation range, including base salary and performance bonus; RSU equity may be available.
