Description

  • Build and scale core backend services for the observability platform.
  • Develop high-volume telemetry ingestion pipelines.
  • Design and operate distributed storage and query engines.
  • Build and maintain alerting pipelines and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Support observability across the stack, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, managed services, databases, networking, and customer workloads.
  • Contribute to new AI-assisted troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Work on reliable and scalable systems that support cloud platform operations.
  • Collaborate with engineers to help them understand and operate systems at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Golang or willingness to quickly switch to it.
  • Experience building distributed backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of software reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Teamwork-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Experience building or contributing to observability platforms, telemetry systems, or related open-source projects such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, Mimir, Tempo, or similar technologies (preferred).
  • Experience using ClickHouse in production (preferred).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country of application and able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
