Description

  • Build prototypes and polished demos across serverless inference, databases, MLflow, MLOps, and vertical AI use cases for sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Support new customers through POC design, technical onboarding, validation, and early production adoption.
  • Act as the technical bridge between customer ML teams and the Nebius platform during the first months of engagement.
  • Research emerging applied AI techniques, frameworks, and optimizations, then turn findings into working prototypes, writeups, and product recommendations.
  • Provide grounded product feedback based on issues discovered in customer POCs and field work.
  • Develop reusable technical assets such as notebooks, reference architectures, and benchmark results to reduce onboarding friction.
  • Influence the product roadmap with specific customer-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Work hands-on with customer ML stacks and help accelerate time-to-value for enterprise deployments.

Requirements

  • Experience fine-tuning large models, debugging distributed training jobs, building production RAG or agentic pipelines, and optimizing inference on GPU infrastructure.
  • Fluency with the modern ML stack, including PyTorch, Hugging Face, CUDA fundamentals, Kubernetes for ML, MLflow or equivalent, and vector databases.
  • Experience working with enterprise ML teams as a solutions engineer, customer engineer, or ML engineer in a customer-facing context.
  • Ability to read research papers and implement them in practice.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both ML engineers and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in Physical AI, robotics, simulation, HCLS, or enterprise AI application development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MLOps at scale, such as Kubeflow, Metaflow, Argo, or Ray, is preferred.
  • Prior experience at a cloud provider or AI infrastructure company is preferred.
  • Publicly shared technical work such as notebooks, talks, or blog posts is a plus.
