Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for priority marketing and business development initiatives from intake and scoping through delivery and post-launch review.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing assumptions.
  • Track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and proactively identify risks, blockers, and tradeoffs.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and external agencies to ensure clear ownership, expectations, and delivery timelines.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across teams to manage interdependencies, approvals, and handoffs.
  • Drive alignment on launch calendars, campaign priorities, shared resourcing needs, and sequencing.
  • Design and implement repeatable workflows, templates, and project frameworks that bring structure and consistency to marketing execution.
  • Build and maintain centralized systems for project intake, prioritization, status tracking, and reporting.
  • Establish operating cadences such as status reviews, planning cycles, and retrospectives that improve visibility and accountability.
  • Create clear reporting for Marketing leadership on project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, and support post-initiative reviews to identify improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within Marketing or highly cross-functional environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong track record of building or improving operational systems, workflows, or tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across senior and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States, with East Coast preferred.
