  • Collaborate with L3 technicians to improve SLA performance on complex diagnostics.
  • Improve support processes, training materials, and operational documentation.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT hardware with practical troubleshooting experience.
  • Advanced skills using Unix/Linux operating systems and the command line.
  • Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Advanced knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Valid driving license type B is a plus.
