Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers and resolve complex AI/ML issues.
  • Advise customers on designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions on GPU cloud infrastructure.
  • Optimize GPU performance for machine learning training and inference workloads.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities, promote products, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Act as a bridge to product teams by collecting customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate solutions and drive alignment on customer challenges.
  • Support seamless integration and scalability across customer AI/ML environments.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
  • Solid understanding of GPU computing, including ML training and inference workloads.
  • Familiarity with GPU stacks such as CUDA and OpenCL.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm or Kubeflow is a plus.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ML tools from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams and driving team growth is a plus.
  • Stakeholder negotiation experience is a plus.
