Description

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of secure network connectivity for IoT and OT environments.
  • Assist in monitoring network traffic and identifying anomalies or potential security issues.
  • Work with senior engineers to segment and secure IoT/OT networks using VLANs, firewalls, and access controls.
  • Help onboard and integrate IoT devices and industrial systems into secure network environments.
  • Support configuration and maintenance of network security technologies such as firewalls, NAC, and VPNs.
  • Assist in vulnerability identification and remediation efforts for IoT and OT assets.
  • Participate in troubleshooting network and connectivity issues across IoT, OT, and corporate environments.
  • Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and security controls.
  • Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in networking, IT, cyber security, or a related field, including military/service experience.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and DNS.
  • Strong motivation to learn and develop in IoT, OT, and network security domains.
  • Basic familiarity with network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
  • Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Exposure to IoT or OT environments such as industrial systems, ICS, or SCADA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with network security concepts such as segmentation, firewalls, and access control is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Wireshark or other network monitoring tools is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Security+ are preferred.
  • Background in technical military units or hands-on lab experience is preferred.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
