Description

Own the Oracle Fusion SCM product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog across demand planning, PDH, NPI/NIR, manufacturing, inventory and costing, and logistics and fulfillment.
Drive the full product lifecycle from roadmap and backlog through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
Lead hands-on solution delivery, including design, configuration, UAT, upgrades, and release readiness.
Serve as the primary IS&T partner and strategic advisor to Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, measurable outcomes, and operational value.
Identify and resolve data and process inefficiencies, driving standardization and optimization across supply chain processes.
Champion AI and intelligent automation use cases for forecasting, planning optimization, inventory intelligence, and exception management.
Partner with data engineering teams to translate data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting.
Work with integration engineers to deliver integrations with enterprise systems such as LIMS, logistics platforms, carriers, PLM, QMS, and MES.
Ensure SOX compliance and operational controls across manufacturing, costing, and inventory processes, and support audits.

Requirements

10+ years of overall experience owning or delivering ERP supply chain solutions within IS&T/IT.
3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM experience including design, configuration, testing, reporting, and production support.
Deep functional expertise across demand planning, PDH, MRP/supply planning, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and costing.
Experience with PLM/NIR workflows and quality processes.
Solid understanding of Fusion data models, integration patterns, and analytics.
Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value realization.
Experience leading ERP-enabled operational transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
SOX and regulated-environment experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to navigate and deliver under ambiguity and changing priorities.
Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions preferred.
Oracle Fusion SCM certifications preferred.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments, preferably life sciences.
Experience supporting M&A integrations or rapid business scale preferred.
Experience driving intelligent automation in supply chain operations preferred.
