Description

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for chat automation initiatives, AI-powered chat assistants, and conversational intelligence features.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities across patient, provider, and internal support journeys.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and user flows for chat AI solutions.
  • Partner with UX and design teams to shape end-to-end chat experiences, including front-end UI and interaction patterns.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies such as LLMs, messaging platforms, and conversational analytics tools.
  • Develop and track success metrics such as accuracy, latency, resolution, and NPS to measure product impact.
  • Partner with business and operations teams to ensure adoption and workflow integration of new AI features.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in Generative AI, conversational AI, and chat UX to inform strategy and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or digital product management.
  • Proven hands-on experience designing, launching, and scaling chat automation or conversational AI products.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, conversational design patterns, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Experience in AI model evaluation and working with APIs or frameworks such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
  • Experience integrating with in-house developed systems through a microservice architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills; SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Proven record of driving transformation through AI innovation; adaptable, hands-on, and strategic problem solver.
