Description

  • Act as the technical system architect for Salesforce and Cloudbyz CTMS implementations.
  • Maintain an end-to-end architectural view across study, site, subject, and financial modules.
  • Oversee integrations with EDC, eTMF, IRT, ERP, and analytics systems.
  • Evaluate proposed changes for cross-module, cross-study, and cross-system impacts.
  • Define and enforce technical design standards, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Prevent fragmented, study-specific configurations that create technical debt.
  • Own IT delivery for CTMS enhancements and platform changes.
  • Execute delivery against a ClinOps-defined and approved CTMS roadmap.
  • Lead Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release execution.
  • Translate approved business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and surface technical risks when requests threaten scalability or system integrity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, system architecture, or enterprise application delivery.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering Salesforce-based platforms.
  • Strong experience with CTMS platforms.
  • Proven ability to act as a technical design authority within a business-owned governance model.
  • Experience in GxP-regulated environments with validated systems.
  • Experience combining delivery ownership and system architecture responsibilities (preferred).
  • Familiarity with EDC, eTMF, IRT, safety, and financial systems (preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform App Builder, or Integration Architecture Designer (preferred).
  • PMI Certification (preferred).
