Description

  • Own features and services end to end, from requirements clarification and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Build scalable, maintainable backend solutions using modern .NET technologies and engineering best practices.
  • Translate business logic into code and automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with product, business analysis, QA, DevOps, support, architecture, infrastructure, and database teams.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges.
  • Contribute to system design, architectural decisions, platform modernization, and technical improvements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system reliability and performance.
  • Ensure engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, observability, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of commercial .NET development experience in a microservices environment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern .NET 8/9 or later, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and microservices.
  • Strong SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database performance optimization experience.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerized environments, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with messaging and event platforms such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Event Hubs, or Kafka.
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and cloud functions, such as Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with stateful distributed workflows, event-driven architecture, service mesh, ArgoCD, monitoring tools, Azure Logic Apps, AKS, Redis, Dynamics CRM, Native AOT, or high-availability systems is preferred.
