Description

  • Design and implement core C++ application components within a ROS2-based system.
  • Develop and maintain reliable, high-performance software using Modern C++.
  • Integrate sensors, external interfaces, and third-party components.
  • Develop distributed component-based applications using pub/sub and message-based communication.
  • Contribute to software architecture, design decisions, and technical-option evaluations.
  • Create unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and stability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback.
  • Optimize runtime performance and resource utilization.
  • Debug, profile, and troubleshoot complex issues in Linux environments.
  • Maintain container images and build configurations and mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong C++ expertise.
  • Proficiency in Modern C++ (C++17/20).
  • Knowledge of memory management, concurrency, multithreading, and performance-critical programming.
  • Experience developing robotic applications with ROS2 and integrating multiple sensors.
  • Understanding of ROS2 architecture, distributed/component-based systems, and pub/sub or message-based communication.
  • Experience with software architecture, design principles, and unit and integration testing.
  • Strong Linux development skills, including debugging, profiling, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with Git, collaborative development workflows, Docker, and containerized build environments.
  • Ability to independently own complex technical tasks, with strong analytical and English communication skills.
  • Experience with Python, Yocto/Embedded Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI, real-time systems, machine learning for perception, or traffic-management systems (preferred).
