Description

  • Write automated test scripts to validate software against business needs.
  • Understand business operations and translate them into effective testing coverage.
  • Record, monitor, and report QA test results.
  • Enhance front-end and back-end automation frameworks.
  • Coach and support other QA team members.
  • Estimate QA effort during work refinement sessions.
  • Help define and drive the organization’s test automation strategy.
  • Run performance tests and verify results against established standards.
  • Support user acceptance testing by helping end users understand the software.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, process improvements, and delivery commitments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software testing experience, including at least 3 years in UI and API automation.
  • Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in C# and knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID, and related principles.
  • Experience testing microservice architectures and CRUD services.
  • Knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, tools, and current industry testing practices.
  • Experience with manual testing.
  • Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, Visual Studio, Git, Selenium, Xray, and the Page Object Model.
  • Experience with Agile development using Scrum and JIRA as an SDLC management tool.
  • Experience working in medium-sized development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to the development community.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
