Description

  • Ensure M&S Cockpit data quality, consistency, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison among Product, CMIA/markets, WPP/MDFA, CDF, data providers, Ekimetrics, and technical teams.
  • Gather requirements, align data definitions, and translate business needs into validation rules, mappings, and technical tasks.
  • Coordinate validation of new data sources, market updates, and reporting outputs against agreed expectations.
  • Investigate missing data, anomalies, mapping issues, taxonomy differences, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end issue triage across MDFA, CDF, WPP, Data Foundation, Redmill, and market stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to resolve issues and improve data flows, while enabling rather than replacing business data owners' validation responsibilities.
  • Maintain data definitions, business rules, mapping documentation, and governance standards across markets and sources.
  • Communicate data-quality status, delivery readiness, risks, and resolution progress to stakeholders.
  • Recommend automation, reliability, performance, maintainability, and validation-process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Steward, or in a similar role, preferably on data-driven projects or in large corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, data quality, validation, and governance principles.
  • Experience gathering requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating activities, and driving issues to resolution.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data definitions, validation rules, mappings, and actionable technical tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including root-cause investigation of data discrepancies.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams of business users, Data Engineers, external data providers, and reporting teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills, including explaining data issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, maintain documentation, and deliver business-ready datasets on time.
  • Availability for a 20-hour working week, with coverage between 08:00 and 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL, databases, and reporting tools is preferred.
