Description

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, and alignment with business requirements for the M&S Cockpit.
  • Act as the main liaison among Product, CMIA/markets, WPP/MDFA, CDF, data providers, Ekimetrics, and technical teams.
  • Gather requirements, clarify data definitions, and translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
  • Coordinate validation of new data sources, market updates, and reporting outputs with business stakeholders.
  • Investigate missing data, anomalies, mapping errors, taxonomy differences, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end issue triage across MDFA, CDF, WPP, Data Foundation, Redmill, market stakeholders, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to resolve issues and improve data flows and delivery reliability.
  • Maintain data definitions, business rules, mappings, and governance documentation across sources and markets.
  • Communicate data-quality status, delivery readiness, risks, and issue-resolution progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to validation processes, governance, automation, platform reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Steward, or in a similar role, preferably on data-driven projects or in large corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, data quality, validation, and governance principles.
  • Experience gathering requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating activities, and driving issues to resolution.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data definitions, validation rules, mappings, and technical-team tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including root-cause analysis of data discrepancies and corrective-action coordination.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including business users, Data Engineers, external data providers, and reporting teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills, including explaining complex data issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, maintain documentation, and deliver business-ready datasets on time.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL, databases, and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Availability for a 20-hour working week, with coverage between 08:00 and 17:00 CET, Monday through Friday.
