Description

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external development partners across creative vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define production frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures for assigned projects.
  • Track schedules, delivery forecasts, budgets, and milestone progress across multiple titles.
  • Identify blockers, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery risks early and communicate them clearly.
  • Provide planning, prioritisation, and execution support while respecting partner autonomy.
  • Act as the primary escalation point and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare status reports, presentations, postmortems, and other production updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate release plans across development, QA, localisation, marketing, and platform holders.
  • Oversee platform submissions, compliance requirements, certification readiness, and go-to-market coordination.
  • Support post-launch patches, updates, live support, and capture learnings for future releases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a producer in game development or publishing.
  • Experience working with external studios across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience handling first-party submissions.
  • High proficiency with industry-standard production tools, workflows, and documentation.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data literacy and experience supporting informed decision making.
  • Experience across PC and console; mobile experience is a strong bonus.
  • Remote-working eligibility for candidates based anywhere within Europe.
